Professional Experience

With nearly 40 years of experience practicing law in Bucks County, Allen is experienced in corporate law, family law, real estate law, land use and development, zoning, and business transactions. He is well-respected in the legal community and served in multiple leadership roles for the Bucks County Bar Association.

  • Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Pennsylvania Superior Court, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, and the U.S. District court in the Eastern District.

  • Municipal law expert: Solicitor, Lower Makefield Township Zoning Hearing Board, 1983- 2011; Solicitor, Falls Township Zoning Hearing Board, 2000-2011; Solicitor, Tullytown Borough Zoning Hearing Board, 2000-present; Special Solicitor, Bristol Borough, 2004-2009; Special Solicitor, Municipal Grant Program, Redevelopment Authority of the County of Bucks, 2011- 2013; Solicitor, Redevelopment Authority of the County of Bucks, 2013-present.

Family and Community

A lifelong resident of Bucks County, Allen was born in the Junewood section of Levittown and attended Levittown’s Catholic School. He married his high school sweetheart, Luann, and they have two daughters.

Allen has been a devoted servant of our community for most of his adult life and is closely involved with the recovery community serving as a trustee and director for multiple non-profits.
