After four decades of practicing law as a Bucks County attorney, I hope to have the opportunity to bring my unmatched experience to the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. My legal practice includes family law, land use and development, and municipal law as well as corporate law and business transactions.
At heart, I’m just a kid from Levittown who wants to give back to his community. In addition, my experience serving on community boards has brought me face-to-face with the challenges confronting residents every day. Opioids are killing more people than car wrecks. Families devastated by this scourge want to know that the court system recognizes addiction as a disease and will hold drug pushers accountable.
As judge, you can count on me to be fair, open minded and impartial.
My wife, Luann, and I raised our two daughters in Bucks County. We are committed to bettering our community, and you have my promise to serve our community well.
Thank you for your consideration.
